Every endpoint, the MCP server and the agent skills on every plan. Credits buy results; a plan sets the monthly grant and the request rate. Nothing is charged for a failed call.
One credit is one result on most endpoints: a profile, a post, a comment, a hashtag row. A few endpoints carry an upstream add-on and cost more per result; transcripts are priced per started minute of video, the way they are billed to us.

Buy credits any time from the dashboard. They never expire while the account is open, and they are spent after the plan's monthly grant.

Calls return 402 with a hint, and nothing is charged. Top up, or wait for the next monthly grant. The dashboard shows the balance and warns at 50% and 100% of the cycle's spend.
Empty results are free up to 25 a day per account; after that an empty result costs one credit. Errors, timeouts and upstream failures are never charged.
No. A stored copy costs the same as a live read; what you gain is speed. Add fresh=true to read live at the same price.
Any time, from the billing page. Cancellation stops renewals; remaining credits stay usable while the account is open. Payments for a period already started are generally not refunded, except where the service materially failed.

No. The 25 free credits are granted at signup with no card. A card is added only when you choose a plan, through Stripe.
