1 credit for the reel + 20 per started minute. $5 per 1,000 credits. 25 free credits on signup, no card. Billing follows video duration, not speech. A music-only reel still counts its minutes. Failed calls (private, deleted, no video, over 10 minutes) are free. A repeat call for the same reel is served from storage and costs the same.
